This is a second variant of the Bayard model 1908 made circa 1912 in Liege Belgium. One of the interesting patent design features is that it can be disassembled without tools. It is complete with the correct 6 shot magazine. During WW1 the Germans occupied the Bayard factory and took over production, some examples are found with military markings sadly this is not one! An interesting pistol all the same, it has a few scrapes and some damage to the left side (more photos available) Post and handling included my end
