Good condition showing nothing but light wear and tear for its age with only minor marks on the stock and rubbing of the bluing in the more exposed areas. The action is slick and solid, the trigger is crisp, the tang safety is secure and everything works nicely. The soft Kick-eez coil pad takes the bite out of the magnum. 24-inch barrel. The scope is a Leupold Vari-X III 3.5-10x40 with parallax adjustment, a very advanced scope for its time and still with great optical clarity and hunting practicality. The rifles comes with a bag of extras: about 50 empty cases, most of them still unused; two-die reloading set; a 100-pack of Hornady 225gr SST projectiles that’s still more than half full; and if you can pick up in-store there are 14 of the previous owner’s SST handloads and 42 Federal SP factory rounds, all in two Pro-Comp boxes. A terrific big game rifle with both history and modern ability.
