Pistol is in very good condition, comes with a spare mag and the original box which appears to be made for a 4" barrel not the current 5". While it looks like a baby P08 there are some internal differences as described in a web page. They have a toggle action similar to a P08 Luger, but with some basic differences. First thing to notice, is the gun is almost exactly symmetrical, unlike the actual P08. The trigger bar and sear are inside the grip-frame, under the bolt, not beside and in the slide. The barrel and extension of the .22 look almost exactly like the Luger, but miniaturized. The toggle train is all blow-back, without the locked breech of the 9mm / .30 cal. Luger. But the ejection is just like a Luger, throws the brass overhead. Safety is same place as the Luger's. One added feature the P08 does not have is a magazine safety. There was one made to fit into Lugers for Police use in Germany, but it was problematic and removed from almost every Luger it was ever put in. But the Erma KGP69 's magazine safety works fine.
