Comment: Schultz und Larsen Model 72, calibre 22 Long Rifle, single shot Class “A” rifle, heavy barrel smallbore target rifle. Currently has a nice clear Weaver 24x40mm target ‘scope mounted on a custom Picatinny rail. Has the original rear aperture sight, front ring sight, adjustable hook butt, sling swivel/hand stop. Unfortunately, the wooden hand rest is missing, otherwise in good original condition. The barrel is in excellent condition, +7/10, good crown, strong sharp rifling, no trace of leading, fouling or rod wear. The bolt face is in very good condition. The bolt lockups tightly and smoothly, functions and shoots very well, double set trigger with a very crisp let off. All the metalwork has been Cerro-coated and the stock nicely re-finished. The woodwork is in good condition, some very minor scuffing from the normal wear and tear of smallbore competition and practice. Overall, this rifle presents in very good fully serviceable condition.
