I purchased this 243 in1968 from a gun dealer in Tamworth NSW. It was his personal gun, he had it custom-made a few years prior. It comprises a custom-made stock with a high quality Bohler or Boehler not sure how it's spelt, heavy steel barrel, google it. It says it's high quality steel used for all types of firearm barrels. It has a Mauser action. I used it hunting occasionally for the first couple of years but then got caught up in business and children so it was not used for many years, always oiled and stored properly. Did start to use it a bit on the odd hunting trip but then decided to buy new rifles and since then it has been just sitting in the gun safe, since we have had to have them. Included in the price is . 100x80gr factory, Remington loaded ammunition, 71x80gr factory federal loaded ammunition, 155x 80 GR Nosler ballistic tip projectiles, 57x 80 gr Berger hollowpoint projectiles, 100x 85 GR Nosler boat tail Spitzer projectiles, RCBS loading dies, over 100 empty cases. This ammo etc totals around $1100 to buy new. I will sell the rifle and all of this stuff for $850.
