Excellent condition Kahles Helia-Super S2 3-9x42 scope. Manufactured during the 1960's by the famous 'K.Kahles Wien' of Vienna, Austria before their acquisition by the Swarovski Group in 1974. This Helia-Super is in pristine condition aside from minor fading of the white filler for the scope's brand lettering, having undergone a complete internal and external refurbishment by Malcolm Eames of Optical Repairs. It uses an Austrian 7A reticle. The scope is of entirely steel construction with a 26mm tube, giving it phenomenal reliability and extraordinary toughness. Perfect for use on period-rifles of a similar vintage or on field guns which require a heavy-duty scope that can stand up to the elements. Happy to provide more photos and additional information!
