Excellent condition Brno ZKK-601. Chambered in .243 Winchester. Manufactured in 1976 by Česká Zbrojovka (aka 'CZ') in Uherský Brod, Czechoslovakia. The ZKK-series of rifles are perhaps the penultimate development of the Mauser-style action and began production in 1966, and are the precursor to CZ's famous CZ-550 rifles. Incredibly durable and reliable, these rifles are famous world-wide. This ZKK-601 is in original condition, and comes with both rear sights (first being the concealed peep-sight which sits inside of the rear of the receiver, second being the foldable blade sight on the barrel), as well as the front sight's hood. The receiver uses the same 19mm dovetail as found on the CZ 550 and 557, so rings and mounts are readily available also. This rifle also has the Weatherby-style Monte Carlo walnut stock, one of two styles offered by CZ at the time. Fantastic hunting or range rifle in an excellent calibre with an immaculate bore.
