Early Savage 24 in 22LR over 410. It is in good condition for its age. Made in 1954. This one was made pre-serial numbers so has a police serial no stamped under barrel (hidden by action when closed). Case colour hardened receiver. Blued barrels. This is the early model with the slide button selector on the RHS of action to select between 22 or 410 and the fully soldered barrels. Good regulation between barrels and very accurate. The shotgun barrel is choked full I believe and has a 3 inch chamber. Bluing thin in places. Bumps and scratches to timber consistent with age and use. Locks up tight. Both bores good.
