The action has been professionally cleaned and serviced and it functions nicely. Has a shootable average bore plenty rifling visible but bore is dark. Listed as fair because the brass disc and sling swivels are missing. The forewood has been replaced at some stage, it’s very nicely done but not original. Right side of action is stamped VR Enfield 1874 and the left side is stamped with the current configuration V.R Enfield 1899 M.E. 303. This is perfect for someone looking for a shooter and experience a full bore martini rifle.
