You can’t keep them all, I just received a new Ruger Marlin SBL and have decided to let go my 1886. This is the modern Winchester 1886 45-70 Gov, made by Miroku Japan. I purchased this rifle new from Sunbury Firearms about 4 years ago. I’ve never taken it hunting and have only shot it off the bench and shooting gongs, such a fun rifle. Based on my brass usage I have put around 60 rounds through it. Mechanically it is in perfect as new condition, but it does have a few small marks on the timber from the gun safe. I still have the original box and papers. The only modification I’ve made is the addition of a quality leather cover on the lever. Happy for any inspections (Geelong area) and can provide plenty of photos and videos. Price is plus transfer costs.
