This is the premium model Freedom Arms revolver, and it is absolutely superb, five-shot single-action revolver with adjustable sights, 7 ½” barrel, Hand fitted, drilled and tapped for scope mounting, loading gate opened with a positive click, the hammer slid back into each notch smoothly and crisply, the cylinder revolves easily without a trace of looseness. Bringing the gun to full cock is like locking a vault door. The cylinder exhibited no motion whatsoever when the gun was fully cocked or with the hammer fully down. The trigger was crisp no overtravel. exceptionally accurate and outstanding trigger made hits easy. Freedom Arms are no longer imported into Australia and is the Rolls Royce of single actions. Reason for selling is arthritis in my thumb is making it difficult to shoot such large calibers.
