NZ Issue Savage No.4 MK1 .303. Marked ‘US Property on receiver. Two groove barrel in pristine condition. All correct parts are stamped with the ‘S’ Savage marking. All matching numbers including magazine. Correct Singer-style rear ladder aperture sight calibrated from 200 to 1300 yards. Rifle also carries the Savage Serial Number 55C6570, indicating that it was manufactured at the Stevens-Savage factory in Chicopee Falls, MA. Both numbers appear on the bolt and the receiver. The only detracting feature is a tightly closed hairline crack running forward from the left side forend recoil bar for about 30mm and some very small marks on the forend. Buyer to pay for shipping.
