Almost BRAND NEW! Bipod and Scope included. Only fired in two sittings at my local range. Wife won't let me start a custom build unless I off-load my 22's first. Have only shot at 25 & 50m and does as expected. But have only used cheap 'bucket of bullets' ammo. Scope pictured is NOT included, but it does include a brand new (but cheap) NS 6x40 Rimfire scope and dovetail rings. Have never fitted it to a rifle but looks OK through glass.
