Custom Shop features include 30 lines-per-inch checkering on the front strap for a positive grip, extended magazine well for fast loading, ambidextrous thumb safety and classy laminated rosewood grips with a checkered inlay. The slide and frame flats are finished to a high polish prior to the application of a tough, black DLC coating to the slide. This gives the pistol a dynamic appearance while offering extra protection against hard use and the elements. In keeping with the theme, the USA Shooting Team logo is engraved into the slide then selectively plated in 24-karat gold.
