Originally built as a target rifle by George Shaw of Brisbane. Matching number bolt and receiver. Headspace is good. Heavy barrel marked 'G SHAW'. Bore is shiny with good rifling. Parker Hale 5A rear sight. Nosecap was modified for target shooting with rubber insert. Walnut top wood. Stock marked with original owner's initials. Good example of a target rifle of the day.
