A fine 12-bore hammer gun by F.Brebner, cased with trade label. Jones patented rotary-underlever, rebounding sidelocks with dolphin hammers, percussion fences, carved serpentine fences, best foliate-scroll engraving, highly-figured stock with engraved butt plate, elongated top and bottom straps. The browned fine damascus barrels with concave game-rib engraved "F.Brebner 92 & 93 Bondgate, Darlington. Prize Medal International Exhibition London 1870". Chambers 2 3/4 inch Birmingham Nitro Proof and Extractors. Fixed chokes and 30 inch steel barrel length.
