The Winchester model 255 in 22 WMR is rare but unfortunately this rifle is not in collector’s condition. A previous owner removed the barrel band and damaged the stock trying to put on a sling swivel, hence the low price. Metalwork is in very good condition and shoots around 1" at 75m with 30gr Hornady ammo. The Winchester model 255 is a hammer-less lever action rifle produced in the 60s to 1970. This lever action was chambered in the 22 WMR calibre and has a tube magazine with a capacity of 11x22 magnum rounds with a 20.5” barrel.
