This rifle still has some of it original packing grease in nooks and crannies of the action. It has done very little work, and has only the most minor marks on the stock and hints of where a scope was mounted to the Weaver-style bases currently attached. The magazine follower doesn’t have a mark on it. These rugged hunting rifles where never the most expensive things around but they are built on the excellent Savage action and work exceptionally well. You will not buy a rifle is such good condition for anywhere near as cheaply as this! Grab yourself a great .223 at a bargain price.
