Sako 308W barrel. This Sako 308W barrel came with a Sako M591 I bought recently. The previous owner told me the Sako M591 originally had this 308W barrel attached to it, but was swapped out to a 243W barrel and the barrel been in storage ever since. It appears to have had very little use with no visible scratches and definitely no rust or pitting in the barrel. The flash on the camera makes the bluing seem a lot more faded than it is. The M591 was produced between 1992 and 1996. I believe it is compatible with Sako 75 and 85 (But please do your own homework). It is definitely compatible with a Sako 579.
