Extreme rare Japanese pre-WW2 "Papa" Nambu pistol made by Tokyo Gas and Electric Co. In over 20 years I have only seen two of these offered in Australia and this is one of them. The later Type 14 Nambu is itself rare but the early second model "Papa" is in another class of rarity entirely.Overall reasonable condition for age. Non-matching number mag. I have read information that says almost all of these pistols were made for naval officers and marked with an anchor and that non-naval issue guns are very rare. This one is not anchor marked. Buy local and avoid the costs and hassles of trying to import!
