THIS IS NOT A FACTORY EXPERIMENTAL RIFLE to my knowledge but a rifle that a gunsmith has made as a replica version or forgery would be my guess. Exterior surface and timber present very nicely. The rear sight and guard have had excess material milled out in places to lighten weight and also nose cap has been modified to lighten the weight. Rifle has been shortened so barrel is 22.5” and the overall length is 41.5” (1055mm). Bore is a bit dark but has clear rifling so I’d rate it 6/10. Picks up and points nicely and will be a nice fun gun that catches peoples eye and starts some conversations that’s for sure.
