This is a beautiful Swedish Mauser originally a model 1896 built in 1899 by Mauser Oberndorf and then later factory converted to the new m38 specs which was shortening the stock and barrel mainly along with tuning the sights for newer ammunition. This rifle is all matching numbers with a great bore. Has the cleaning rod and the only thing missing is the screw on flash hider. This rifle will make a great shooter and collector and has been professionally cleaned and oiled and looks great.
