A classic old school Sako stalking rifle. Early make Sako L579 .243win, the "Australian" short striker version. Original gloss finished stock in good condition. Replacement Swan barrel, marginally heavier than the original profile, VGC bore shoots MOA with Barnes TTSX factory ammo. I never had time to develop handloads for it but expect this would go sub-MOA if I did. Leupold Vari X III 2.5-8x32 duplex gloss scope which I bought new (still have the box), 1990s fully USA-made before the move to Chinese parts. Professionally lapped Leupold gloss steel rings. $1800 with scope & mounts or $1200 bare if you prefer.
