Siamese Mauser in good condition, has usual marks on timber for this age but overall timber and metal work is in good condition. Complete rifle with all parts and dust cover included. Rifle is extremely rare in Australia and is highly collectable. Siamese Mauser Type 46. Produced in Japan on contract in 1903 and marked from the Toyko Arsenal on the side rail. Marked with the Siamese crest "Charkra"on the receiver and features a sliding dust cover, features a Japanese style wood stock, metal finish is blue/black. This one was updated in 1923 to fire the 8x52Rmm T66 cartridge bore is very good with smooth lands and grooves.
