This scope is a great choice for hunting big game in dense cover due to a very wide 98.4 feet FOV at 1x magnification allowing for off-hand shooting with both eyes open. The German No. 1 reticle with tapered posts naturally directs the eye to the centre of aim much like an aperture sight. The reticle positioned in the first focal plane remains constant in size relative to the dialled magnification with the added advantage of really standing out in dim light conditions.
