This rifle is in original heavily used but serviceable condition. The woodwork is intact but heavily marked from military use and the bore is rough but the rifling is well defined. The chrysanthemum is intact and the metalwork has minimal pitting externally. An excellent rifle for the collector who is looking for a genuine piece of World War 2 history.
