Comment: International Sporter 22LR rimfire Benchrest competition target rifle Winner of several major competitions, even used it in heavier class Light Varmit competitions and finished in top 3 most times. This gun is for serious competition target shooters. Built by Anthony DiOrio from DiOrio Mfg, Harrisonburg V.A. USA, he said it was the most accurate sporter he had built at the time, built with a magazine but has been fitted with a single loading plate from DeOrio, very easy & quick to load. Turbo V1 Action, Right hand bolt & left hand port. Shilen ratchet barrel. Pipin 2 ¼” Stock Trigger is a Bix n Andy or Jewel?? This is a superbly accurate gun. Factory tuned in the USA, no need to do any tuning on this gun, Int sporters don’t have adjustable tuners, have to be tested & tuned by the gunsmith in the factory. Quite a few selections of quality Ammo shoot very well in this gun. Almost impossible to get a gun of this quality built and delivered here within 1 to 2 years. Hasn’t had a lot of use as mostly saved for competitions, I use other guns for practice in this discipline.
