Very rare Webley No.4½ Revolver. Circa late 1880's. 5 shot. Barrel reads "Henry Atkin (from J. Purdey’s) 18 Oxendon Street, Haymarket W." Right side marked "Webley's No.4½ .455CF along with flying bullet trademark. Unfortunately it's in overall poor condition. Flaking nickel finish with some badly rusted areas on left side. Grips a little loose. Trigger return spring at fault. Doesn't lock up tightly. Barrel ok but this is not a shooter. Despite the faults this is a very rare revolver and much less common than the six shot Webley No.4. Additional pics on request.
