Here we have an unused Marlin 1895 Guide Gun (1895 GBL) chambered in 45-70. I have fitted top quality Leupold quick release bases and rings (QR) as well as a high end gloss Leupold VX-3 1.5-5x20 scope. At the time I paid a lot for this gun and scope combo. The gun was purchased for a trip that never eventuated. I don’t think you can get this model anymore and the newer ones aren’t as nice. This package represents good value as scope alone these days are selling for around $700. They also don’t make the gloss vx-3 scopes but they are still covered by Leopolds lifetime warranty. Can post Australia wide for $70 which includes dealer transfer. Not a single mark on the gun or scope - both brand new in every sense of the word, is immaculate and has lovely timber.
