Fraser/Rigby takedown bolt action rifle Takedown rifle based on a 1893 Steyr action made by Daniel Fraser in 256 Rigby (6.5x52R). The magazine guard is marked "Frasers Patented Trigger System". The rifle has previously been barrelled by Rigby and is marked with makers name and address “John Rigby and Co. 72 James St London”. Action and bore are in very good condition. At some point the action has been drilled and tapped for a side mount telescopic sight and the bolt handle altered to clear the telescopic sight.
