Its a super Nice unit, its quite unique in regard to the duel focal system, its really like having 2 units in one! Its a very under rated system...
With other conventional thermal optics you are restricted to the one focal length (base mag or zoom)
Its closest competitor is the venerable Infiray RL42 which had a fixed base magnification of 4x
It was awesome for long shots on small game and was the King of Fox scopes and still is very popular
Well this Unit tops that scope now at 5.5! base magnification with a huge 60mm lens
