Comment: Savage 24-j  22lr over 410 under combination gun. Excellent and versatile little rifle. It takes down into three pieces making transport easy. It was my go to rifle for 2 years as it will take down rabbits ducks pigs goats and small deer all in one gun if you keep a selection of 410 loads on you. I have restored it's stock and replaced the rimfire firing pin. It has a chip on the blueing however it never began to rust so I never fixed it. I bought it for 500 back in 2021 as my first gun but I use it less and less now I have more specific setups. These are considered collectors guns and have an interesting history. An excellent truck gun or first gun for a frugal beginner hunter.
