The Colt Pocket Positive Revolver was manufactured from 1905 to 1940. It was a small frame Colt revolver with a positive safety system that prevented accidental discharges upon dropping the gun. It was developed as the successor of the New Pocket Revolver.
This one is a rare transitional dating to 1906. It has both markings - Police Positive on the barrel and New Pocket on the frame (Colt traditionally used up all parts).
Colt Archive letter shipped Hartley Company, New York 14/08/1906.
Retains most original finish and is in excellent working order and very good plus condition.
