Rare Fulton Regulated Lee-Enfield .303 No. 4 Mark I -based on a Fazakerley ROF, (originally commissioned July 1944).
Fulton Regulated rifle are highly accurate, target-tuned variant of the standard British No. 4 Mk I, accurized by the renowned Bisley gunsmiths, Fultons UK. (Mark II foregrip is part of the stiffen)
These rifles were hand-picked, featured crowned heavy barrel, improved bedding, stabilised trigger, and were built for international competition use. All numbers match including magazine, comes in original case with P&H rods.
This rifle (and its spare) was purchased in early 1960's by a WA based Commonwealth national shooting team member from Fulton’s while they were at Bisley camp UK.
Its part of a set of three Competition rifles used in the NRAA Queens Sydney 1962. Evidence can be provided. Been in storage since its use at the last ever .303 NRAA Australian Championships Oct 1969 at Swanbourne
