Gewehr 88 Commission Riffle, this was the first blot action smokeless powder riffle model introduced to the German imperial Army in caliber "8mm Mauser". It was fabricated in 1890 by the Imperial Armory in Spandau (Suburb of Berlin). All original parts, got the barrel refitted and headroom tested by Gunsmith and test fired with heavy loads. Shot it a couple of time for classic military service match with downloaded ammo. Some renovation work done some time during it's 136 years of life. Makes a fantastic wall hanger and a great historic riffle for any collection.
