Comment: Awesome build. Highly desirable Lone Peak Razor Ti (titanium) LA Magnum with a lightweight #2 Maddco stainless barrel finished at 26". Runs a superb Triggertech trigger, Wyatt Outdoors XL mag box and follower allowing cartridge OAL approx 3.8" if throated to suit. Sits bedded in a McMillan Hunter stock (edge fill) which is a lightweight copy of the Sako 75 style shape with a 14" LOP incl 1" Limbsaver pad. Estimate 1.5-2 years to build now and a couple of thousand $$$ more than asking price. Has been lightly hunted with few rub marks on the stock from my pack but otherwise excellent condition and shooting 168 VLDs at 1/2MOA with almost no load development/effort. Big mag box means you could rebarrel to a monster 300PRC or RUM case etc and run super heavy projectiles seated long. Rifles like this don't come around often, and rarely for less than $10k. Lightweight LR hunting perfection. Time to capitalise.
