Highly regarded rare vintage .22 Long Rifle calibre repeating sporting rifle, known for its high quality and resemblance to the full-size Mauser Model 98 action. It was made by Waffenfabrik Mauser in Oberndorf,Germany in the 1930s. Production stamp is clearly visible as " Mauser Werke Oberndorf" on the receiver bridge.
Came scoped and nothing has been tapped or drilled. Mounts are attached to the factory dovetail.
High quality walnut stock, has checkering and a Mauser logo stamp on it.
Butt plate made out of vulcanite, and a very distinctive Mauser logo cast into it
It feels very much like using a k98,hence some call it "Mini 98"
Looking to move it on quickly, price negotiable and offers welcomed.
