This Savage made, Lithgow converted, No.4 started life as a Target Rifle which has been made to replicate the classic L42A1 rifle, the final successor to the Lee Enfield in British service. Firing the 7.62/.308, round it is accurate and pleasant to shoot, with a replica scope mount and Leopold 1.5-4x scope. It has an enhanced ejector and cosmetic markings to resemble the real L42. Comes with the iron sight ladder with the battle sight removed to accommodate the scope.
Perfect for the range or with the proper glass it could be made a true replica, shoot it as is or make a project of it, the choice is yours!
