Mitchell’s Mauser Presentation Grade K98K sniper rifle.
do your own research on Mitchell’s Mausers there is plenty of info out there.
Comes in original timber case with plaques on front.
comes with book “Backbone of the Wehrmacht” one of the premier K98K reference books which sometimes go for up to $300 on their own.
this is a side rail sniper rifle clone.
it has a totenkopf on the underside of the wrist of the stock as well as one on the barrel shank area.
all the major parts and bands are matching numbers except the butt plate. The stock does not have numbers. 

this rifle has an interesting finish, it looks to be originally a G98 converted. It has surface pitting throughout which has been finished over by Mitchell’s.
the bore is decent but not perfect. 
it’s fitted with an original Hensoldt scope, which is period correct but I believe a post war example .please request more photos.
these Mitchell rifles have gained their own following as collectables and are uncommon in Australia
