Originally manufactured in Belgium from 1907 but when Germany occupied Belgium in1914 the deliveries of m/1907 ceased from FN. Sweden took the decision to build the pistol at Husqvarna Vapenfabrik. The tools for the production were not ready until 1917, when the production of the Swedish pistol m/1907 started in Sweden.
The pistol m/1907 was produced at Husqvarna Vapenfabrik until 1941. This pistol was manufacture around 1935 and chambered for the 9X20.
Markings show that it was issued Infantry Regiment 18 being the Gotland Infantry Corps. Garrison town was Visby and this regiment was active from1927 to 1936.
