This is a very hard to find Russian Contract M1895 in the same calibre as the 7.62x54R Mosin! Ammo is very easy to come by and incredibly cheap, the rifle also accepts Mosin stripper clips and is incredibly accurate. These were mainly used by Imperial Russia in WW1, and then mainly by Finland, Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia in WW2 with limited use by Poland and Spain, as well as other countries that captured them. These riles use an internal box magazine rather than a tube mag so that they can use regular spitzer ammo, they also have a bayonet lug for the Winchester 16-inch knife bayonet. A very sought-after and impressive firearm for the collection that also has a competitive edge in WW1 or pre-1900 designed shooting competitions. More photos are available on request. Buyer to pay postage and transfer fees. Price may be slightly negotiable
