Howa 1500 Carbon Fiber Barreled action for sale. Has a 24inch Carbon Fiber wrapped Varmint Barrel, included is a 20moa MDT pic rail, Muzzle brake with removable blast forwarding jacket/shield, MDT bolt on extended bolt knob. Has had about 200 rounds shot through it and was able to achieve 1 MOA groups with load development. Selling because I changed my mind from wanting a hunting setup to a more target rifle setup.
