Holland & Holland 500/450 BP Magnum Express. Sidelock non-ejector. No licence required. Made approx 1890. Wear to finish on barrels externally. Internally bores/rifling good to very good with no marks. 100% scroll engraving to action, straps, Jones underlever. No 1 to top of action & top rib. Pistol grip with metal cap. Elongated top & bottom straps. Cheek piece. Swivels. Blank German silver escutcheon to bottom of stock. Maker's name & address engraved to RH barrel (faint). 'Winner of all the field rifle trials London' to LH barrel (faint). Stock & forend in vg cond with minor marks. Chequering exc. Teardrops. Gold-lined cocking indicators. 14 1/4 inch LOP incl 3/4 inch spacer & recoil pad. Serial No. 17816
