purchased new from cleaver firearms about 1 year ago[i can show you a copy of the invoice to prove this] i am looking to make space in my gun safe as i have 2 of these excelent rifles {long story} no scope but comes with origional box 2 mags fill probe and all accesories also haris type bipod,new cost almost $3,000 so pick up a bargain
