1940 Terni M38 Carcano in 6.5x52 Carcano. Rifle is in fair to good condition for its age. Receiver and barrel externally show signs of surface rust, though internally the bore is about 6.5/10. Lands are rounded off but rifling is still deep and free of pitting. Has had a brass screw and nut added to the stock, possibly to act as a recoil dampener. Good for the collector looking for something cheap or is a very good, light caliber for vermin control.
