Comment: This No1 Mk3 rifle was manufactured at the Lithgow factory in 1941 and refurbished at Lithgow, including a new barrel, in July 1945. The bore is good, the headspace is within spec and the timber work is free of any cracking but it does display the normal dings and scratches associated with military use.The rifle comes with an original sling and also has an original brass oil bottle and pullthrough located in the butt trap. This rifle is well suited for collectors or for hunting use.
A very sound wartime rifle at a competitive price.
