Ultimate shooting rig.
Series 2 with 1974 build date.
Fully restored.
Engine reconditioned with new rings and seals.
Gearbox was rebuilt with new parts prior to my restoring.
Gears all work as they should and engage positively and easily.
Mechanical driveline completely dismantled and rebuilt with new seals and new bearings where required.
New 13 inch rims produced with light truck tyres.
New brake system installed.
Selectable 4WD with front and rear diff locks as standard.
All body rust cut out and repaired with new steel. Zero "bog".
Repainted with 1 coat of rust prevention process, and then primer.
Top coat is Austrian army "brown grey"
New seat cushions on the original front seat frames, new manufactured hatch covers, seat boxes, seat frames and cushions in rear.
Lights, blinkers and tail lights all either new or reconditioned.
Engine runs well and starts cold with no choke required.
Goes well on the road and handles nicely. Top speed 75KPH +
Can be road registered if wanted.
Has the ADR plate required to full register post 1972 built vehicles.
Crawler gear for off roading is around half walking pace.
