Newly completed custom project built on a double square bridge Mayfair Mauser action.This is the action that both Purdey and Westley Richards use on their bolt rifles.All metalwork was done by US gunsmith Roger M.Green. 23.5” Lilja barrel that comes with a barrel swivel stud with the front sight having a removable hood, fixed gold bead and pop up Rigby style night sight. Rear sight is gold inlay with one fixed leaf at 50m the other folding at 100m. Sights have been regulated with Hornady ammunition. Square bridges were machined by Joe Smithson to accept his 30mm QD scope rings which are included with the rifle.Safety is gold inlay SAFE. Walnut is exhibition grade from Roger Vardy and the stockwork was done by Ross Waghorn. LOP is 14.25 and stock comes with silver oval inlay, rear inlay swivel stud and 1” red pachmayr recoil pad. Total weight without rings is an even 8 pounds and handles perfectly between the hands. Rifle is new in every way and is unfired after it was regulated.Additional photos and video on request.
