Comment: The 1943 Enfield Tanker Mk1 appears relatively unused and believed to belong to a Pay Clerk (that person is named below as we have the training manual provided to them with the pistol...), who would have carried it more than used, in fact it appears very unused. Included in the kit: - 1943 Enfield Tanker Mk1 - Training Manual, inscribed with the name of "Lieutenant D.Brown, of the 9th Division Cavalry Regiment." - Complete webbing with a holster, cleaning rod, and lanyard! - Original box of ammunition, inscribed 17 Apr 1944 As much as I love this piece, given how rare this is as a complete kit, I feel it should go to the right collector. I have seen plenty of Tankers for sale for $2-3k with nothing else. Whoever buys this is getting something very special and you can't find this stuff.
