Comment: For sale is an MA Lithgow SMLE Mk III, manufactured in 1942. I purchased this rifle around 15 years ago, and it has remained in my safe, unfired since then. It is in excellent condition for its age and comes with a sling, cleaning kit, and pull-through. The bore is exceptionally clean with strong rifling. The rifle features an 'HV' stamp on the stock, a 'B' stamp high on the cheek weld, matching serial numbers on the receiver and bayonet lug, and matching but different numbers on the bolt and the rear of the receiver (under the closed bolt).
